Return & Refund Policy – Emixam

At Emixam, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Below is our return and refund policy for shipped and delivered orders, including additional terms for Print-on-Demand (POD) products, based on our fulfillment partner's policies.


🚚 Shipped Orders – Delivery Delays

If your order has no tracking information, is still in transit, marked as pending, or has expired tracking status beyond the following timeframes:

  • 60 days from the original shipping date (international orders)

  • 45 days for U.S. orders

  • 110 days for orders shipped to Brazil

We will offer you a full refund or resend the product, at no additional cost.
Note: Exceptions may apply depending on the shipping method or destination.


📦 Delivered Orders – Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as delivered, we cannot process a refund or replacement unless you provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office confirming that you did not receive the item.


❌ Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement as long as you:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide photo or video evidence of the damage

Returns are not required in most cases.


📭 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing a product:

  • You’re eligible for a full refund or replacement

  • Please send us photo or video evidence within 30 days for approval


🧵 Print-on-Demand Items – Special Policy

All our POD items (clothing, accessories, etc.) are custom-made, and therefore:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preference, or change of mind

  • Refunds/replacements are only available in the case of:

    • Damaged items

    • Production defects

    • Wrong item delivered

To qualify:

  • Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery

  • Include clear photo or video proof

If approved, we will issue a free replacement or full refund.


✉️ Order Cancellations

A full refund will be issued for any order canceled before it is processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
